Everyone! Therapy can help with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, bereavement, stress management,  and more. Therapy can benefit anyone who is struggling with a mental health challenge or looking to improve their overall emotional well-being. I work with adults of all ages and backgrounds.

Individual therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes long.

The frequency of counselling sessions depend on your individual needs and goals.

Usually clients benefit from weekly sessions, while others may attend every other week.

I live in rural Somerset, so if you are local I have a few face-to-face appointments available in Glastonbury on Monday and Wednesday mornings, and occasionally in Wells and the Mendip area. These sessions are limited and get booked up quickly.

In your first session we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and your goals. We will also take details of your basic medical history and any current symptoms you may be experiencing.
